On Wed. 4/1 and Thu. 4/2, Governor Gavin Newsom, State Superintendent of Schools Tony Thurmond, and Los Angeles County Superintendent of Schools Debra Duardo announced it is unlikely school campuses in State of California will reopen before June for health and safety of our students and community.  Although different sectors of Los Angeles County including state parks and stores are slowly reopening in phases, schools still are not able to open.  Physical campuses are closed, learning does not.  Distance Learning continues until last day of school on Wednesday, June 10, 2020!  Specific information on graduation and culminations forthcoming from your school.

Your health and safety and that of our students is most important to us.  Therefore, we are continuing meal services for students, families, and community members 10-1:00 pm at TAS Front Gate.  There are also 4 LAUSD Grab & Go Food Centers nearby our area serving from 7-10 am.  See information below for exact location.  The California Parent and Youth Helpline provides support and resource referrals to parent and youth during the current COVID-19 pandemic, 7-days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Call or text 1-855-4APARENT (855-427-2736) or visit https://caparentyouthhelpline.org/
