On Wed. 4/1 and Thu. 4/2, Governor Gavin Newsom, State Superintendent of Schools Tony Thurmond, and Los Angeles County Superintendent of Schools Debra Duardo announced it is unlikely school campuses in State of California will reopen before June for health and safety of our students and community.  Therefore, all Accelerated School campuses (ACES, TAS & WAHS) will be closed until further notice.  We will reassess when “Safer at Home” ordinance is lifted.  Physical campus is closed, learning does not.  Distance Learning will continue.

Your health and safety and that of our students is the most important to us.  Therefore, we are still continuing meal services for students, families, and community members from 10:00-1:00 pm at TAS Front GateThere are also 4 LAUSD Grab and Go Food Centers nearby our area: Weekdays from 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

We transitioned our Meal Program to Better4You Meals (https://better4youmeals.com/). They will provide our community with a Grab-and-Go option for breakfast, lunch and snacks to any child under 18 years. Our partnership with Better4YouMeals will ensure that there is easy access to food within walking distance to our schools. Their services will be in place until school resumes its full normal schedule.

As the Coronavirus is rapidly evolving, we will continue to provide updates to the community as well as links to resources on this page.

WiFi Set Up:

Technology distribution for Grades TK and K will be Week of April 13.
